We are a STEM team from Fort Street High School in charge of designing, manufacturing and racing miniature F1 cars.
Peregrine Racing is a team of high school students competing in the F1 in Schools STEM competition in New South Wales, Australia. We design and build a miniature Formula 1 car that races down a 20-metre track in under 1.5 seconds and then presenting our engineering, portfolio, and pit display to a panel of judges.
CAD design, CFD analysis and precision manufacturing push our car to its limits.
Five students to work across design, manufacturing, graphics, marketing and management roles.
Competing in the F1 in Schools STEM challenge at the NSW state level in Australia in November.
Five students with one mission - to design, build and race the fastest car we can.

Our car is designed in CAD and then tested with computational fluid dynamics. Everything is there for a reason: to cut drag, keep the car stable and get the car to be as quickest as possible.
We are proudly supported by organisations that believe and want to support young innovators. Want to join them?
Want to support the team, ask a question, or just say hello? Feel free to ask, we would love to answer them :)
